1. About GCC

GCC — Global Christian Circles is a relationship-driven Christian networking community for entrepreneurs, professionals and business leaders. GCC provides a community environment for connection, learning, support, introductions, collaboration and growth.

2. Application and membership

Applying to GCC does not automatically create membership. GCC may review applications and may invite an applicant to join a Circle based on community requirements, availability and fit.

GCC is intended to be a free community. Any future paid product or service would be separately identified and governed by its own terms.

3. Member responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Participate respectfully and honestly.
• Respect confidentiality and consent.
• Do not misuse member contact information.
• Do not use GCC primarily for spam, mass solicitation or abusive selling.
• Take responsibility for your own business, professional and personal decisions.

4. Circles and Captains

Circles are small relationship-driven groups. A Captain facilitates communication and meetings but is not a manager, employer, guarantor or representative of every member’s business.

5. Meetings and venues

GCC meetings may be online or in physical locations, including voluntarily offered member-hosted spaces. Hosts are not required to incur expenses. GCC may change or cancel a meeting or venue where reasonably necessary.

6. Introductions and referrals

GCC may facilitate introductions and referrals. An introduction is not an endorsement, guarantee, promise of business or guarantee of suitability. Members should obtain appropriate consent before sharing another person’s contact information and should independently evaluate opportunities and counterparties.

7. Business and professional decisions

GCC does not guarantee revenue, contracts, customers, employment, investment results, partnerships or other commercial outcomes. Members remain responsible for due diligence, professional advice, contracts, pricing, taxes, compliance and all decisions arising from their relationships.

8. Community conduct

Members must follow the GCC Community Guidelines. GCC may restrict participation, remove content or suspend/terminate membership where conduct is inconsistent with the community’s values or creates a safety, legal or operational concern.

9. Content

Members retain ownership of content they provide, subject to the permissions necessary for GCC to operate the community. Members should not upload confidential or third-party material unless they have the right to do so.

10. Intellectual property

GCC website content, branding, design, software and other GCC materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

11. Limitation of responsibility

GCC provides a community and networking environment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GCC is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, representations, transactions or disputes between members or other third parties.

12. Changes and termination

GCC may update these terms as the community evolves. Membership may be suspended or ended where reasonably necessary, including for serious misconduct, misuse of information or material breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

The final governing-law, jurisdiction and legal-entity provisions should be completed after confirmation of the entity operating GCC and the jurisdictions in which the service will be offered.
