Sangeetha Mini Varghese
As a Steward of GCC, Sangeetha helps care for the community — supporting Circles and Captains and keeping GCC true to its faith and values.
GCC is not owned by any one person — it is held in trust and cared for by stewards. Meet the people who serve GCC today, the founder who brought it to life, the team who inspire every Circle, and the Architect it is all built on.
A steward cares for something that belongs to someone else. GCC's Stewards help guide the community, support Circles and Captains, and keep GCC true to its faith and values.

Thomas John brings more than two decades of business and networking experience to the GCC vision. His journey has included participation and contribution across communities including BNI, Rotary, FISHERS, CBMC and CTBN.
GCC is not intended to be a personal network. As Chief Steward Officer, Thomas leads GCC as a steward rather than an owner — building a community that can outgrow its founder, where members build relationships with one another and eventually become the people who carry the community forward.

GCC grows from a simple belief: professional networks become more valuable when people move beyond introductions and begin walking together. Today that belief is taking shape as a holistic ecosystem — helping Christian entrepreneurs around the world grow through Connections & Collaborations, Strategy & Scale, and Faith & Fellowship, and invest into the Lord's Kingdom.
“GCC is bigger than one person. It is meant to become a community carried forward by the people inside it.”
Aquila and Priscilla were tentmakers in Corinth. Paul shared their trade, stayed in their home and worked alongside them (Acts 18:1–3). Work, hospitality, relationship and shared faith were woven together — a small Circle that went on to strengthen communities across cities.
Everything GCC builds rests on Jesus Christ. He is the foundation of our faith, the model for how we relate to one another, and the One we serve through our work, our relationships and our businesses.
For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.
For GCC, this is a reminder that relationships are not a tactic. The way we know, help, encourage and serve one another is part of the foundation.
To build a global community of Christians who connect deeply, help generously, grow together and positively impact the world through their relationships, work and service — growing their businesses and investing into the Lord's Kingdom.
To create trusted Circles where Christian entrepreneurs, professionals and business leaders can build meaningful relationships, share knowledge, help one another, create trusted introductions, collaborate and grow — while serving their communities with integrity.
We pursue this mission through three focus tracks: Connections & Collaborations, Strategy & Scale, and Faith & Fellowship. Each Circle chooses its focus, and every Captain is guided to lead it.
We keep Christ at the foundation of how we live, work and relate.
We see people before transactions, and relationships before opportunities.
We do what we say, act honestly and build trust through our actions.
We look for ways to help, contribute, encourage and create value for others.
We earn trust before asking for introductions, referrals or business.
We continuously learn, improve, collaborate and help others grow.
We use our relationships, skills and businesses to make a positive difference in our communities.
Help before you ask.
Give before you expect.
Build relationships before building business.
