Community Guidelines
The principles that help every GCC Circle remain trusted and welcoming. · Effective date: 21 September 2026
GCC is a relationship community. Business opportunities may grow from trust, but members are never required to turn every relationship into a transaction.
1. Treat people with dignity
Communicate respectfully. No harassment, threats, intimidation, bullying, hate or deliberately abusive behaviour.
2. Respect the Christian foundation
GCC is built around Christian values and inspired by Jesus’ teaching. Members should allow others to participate respectfully without using the community to attack, shame or demean people with different backgrounds.
3. Build trust before asking
Know people before referring them. Understand what someone does before introducing them. Do not pressure members for referrals.
4. Consent before introductions
Ask permission before sharing someone’s contact details or making an introduction where consent is reasonably required.
5. No spam or aggressive selling
Do not use GCC meetings, groups, member directories or contact information for unsolicited mass marketing, scraping, spam or persistent sales pressure.
6. Protect confidentiality
Information shared in a Circle should be treated responsibly. Do not repeat private business, personal or family information outside the appropriate context without permission.
7. Give before you expect
Look for ways to contribute knowledge, encouragement, connections and practical help. Generosity is part of the GCC culture.
8. Be accurate
Represent your qualifications, company, services, experience and claims honestly. Do not make misleading promises on behalf of yourself or GCC.
9. Respect venues and hosts
When a member voluntarily hosts a meeting, respect their workplace, time, property, privacy and any reasonable venue rules. Hosting is never an obligation.
10. Raise concerns
Members can report conduct that conflicts with these guidelines. GCC may review concerns and take reasonable action, including warnings, restrictions or removal from the community.
