About GCC

What is Global Christian Circles (GCC)?

GCC is a free global community where Christian entrepreneurs meet in small circles, build trust and grow their businesses together. It is a holistic ecosystem built around three tracks: Connections & Collaborations, Strategy & Scale, and Faith & Fellowship.

Why does GCC exist?

To build the Lord's Kingdom by helping every Christian entrepreneur around the world.

What is GCC's vision?

To become the largest global community for Christian entrepreneurs to grow their business.

What is GCC's mission?

To help Christian entrepreneurs grow their business through connection and relationship building.

How is GCC different from other networking groups?

GCC has no fees, no referral quotas and no sales pressure. We put relationships first, and business follows as the fruit of trust.

Is GCC a lead club or a sales group?

No. GCC is about knowing each other well. You can't truly refer someone you don't really know.

Is GCC a church or a ministry?

GCC is not a church and does not replace your local church. It is a business community built on shared Christian values.

Where is GCC active?

GCC is built to be global, with the goal of connecting Christian entrepreneurs in 100+ countries.

How big does GCC want to grow?

Our goal is 10 lakh (1,000,000) Christian entrepreneurs in GCC circles by December 2027.

5 questions

The three tracks

What are GCC's three tracks?

GCC focuses on three tracks for Christian entrepreneurs: Connections & Collaborations, Strategy & Scale, and Faith & Fellowship. Together they make GCC a holistic ecosystem to grow your business and invest into the Lord's Kingdom.

What does each track focus on?

Connections & Collaborations is about trusted relationships, introductions, referrals and partnerships. Strategy & Scale is about peer insight, growth planning and accountability for your business. Faith & Fellowship is about prayer, encouragement and running your business in a way that honours God.

Does my circle have to follow all three tracks?

No. Each circle decides which track it wants to focus on. A circle can go deep on one track or bring all three into its rhythm.

How do Captains lead a track?

Every Captain receives a guided system for each track, so they can lead their circle's chosen focus with confidence, whether that is one track or all three.

Can I tell you which tracks interest me?

Yes. The application lets you choose the tracks that interest you most, and we take that into account when suggesting a circle.

12 questions

Joining GCC

Who can join GCC?

Any Christian entrepreneur or business owner with a positive outlook who wants to build real relationships, from first-time founders to established owners.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. GCC is 100% free. There are no joining fees, meeting fees or hidden charges.

Will it always be free?

Yes. Membership is free forever.

How do I join?

Apply on globalchristiancircles.com. A core team member reviews your application and places you in a circle.

What happens after I apply?

A core team member contacts you, confirms you are a good fit, explains what GCC is and is not, and places you in a circle near you or online.

How long does approval take?

Most applicants hear back within 7 days.

Why are applicants screened?

Screening keeps circles safe, positive and built on shared values, so every member can trust the people they meet.

Do I have to be a member of a particular church or denomination?

No. GCC welcomes Christians from every church and denomination.

I'm just starting my business. Can I still join?

Yes. GCC welcomes new founders as well as established owners. Experienced members are glad to mentor people starting out.

Can I join if I'm employed but planning to start a business?

Yes, if you are actively building a business. Mention your plans in your application.

Can more than one person from my company join?

Yes, but usually in different circles, so each circle has a wide mix of businesses.

Who is GCC not for?

People who want to sell to the circle rather than build relationships, recruit for MLM schemes, or use faith as a sales tool.

12 questions

Circles & Captains

What is a circle?

A small group of 6 to 12 Christian entrepreneurs who meet regularly, get to know each other's businesses and help each other grow.

Why are circles so small?

So everyone is truly known. Small circles build the trust that real referrals need.

How often do circles meet?

Weekly or monthly. Each circle chooses the rhythm that works for its members.

Where do circles meet?

Online, or in person at a member's office or another local venue.

How long is a meeting?

About 60 to 90 minutes, so it fits into a busy day.

What happens at a circle meeting?

Members pray, share business updates, learn about each other's work, give referrals and support each other.

Can I choose my circle?

The core team places you based on your location, business and schedule. Tell us your preferences when you apply.

Will there be other businesses like mine in my circle?

We aim for one member per business type in each circle, so members support rather than compete with each other.

What is a Captain?

The Captain leads a circle. They host meetings, welcome new members and keep the circle healthy.

How do I become a Captain?

The core team spots members who show leadership, then trains and equips them to start and lead a circle, including a guided system for each of the three tracks.

Is being a Captain paid?

No. Captains serve as volunteers, and gain visibility, wider networks and the joy of leading others.

What if my circle isn't a good fit?

Talk to your Captain or the core team. We can move you to another circle.

9 questions

Giving & getting business

How does GCC help me get more business?

You build trust with members through meetings and 1-to-1s. As they get to know you, they refer clients who need what you do.

Do I have to give a certain number of referrals?

No. GCC has no referral quotas. We give referrals because we trust each other, not because we must.

What is a 1-to-1?

A short meeting between two members, over coffee or online, to learn about each other's business and character.

How do I know who to meet for a 1-to-1?

The GCC portal suggests members you should meet and tells you why, such as an architect and an interior designer who serve the same clients.

What does "give first" mean?

We look for ways to help others before asking for help. Business grows as the fruit of trust.

How do I pass a referral?

Log the referral in the GCC portal. You and the other member can follow it privately until it closes.

Can I get referrals from other countries?

Yes. GCC is one network across many countries, so cross-border referrals and partnerships are welcome.

Can I sell my products to other members?

You are welcome to share what you do, but GCC is not a place for hard selling or pitching. Relationships come first.

Does GCC take a commission on business I win?

No. GCC never takes a cut of the business you give or receive.

5 questions

Faith & values

What role does faith play in GCC?

Faith is our foundation. We pray together, support each other's families and wellbeing, and run our businesses to honour God.

Do circles pray together?

Yes. Prayer for each other's businesses, families and health is a normal part of circle life.

What values do members share?

Honesty, generosity, a positive spirit and a heart to serve, as in Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord."

Why are Aquila and Priscilla important to GCC?

They were a business couple in the Book of Acts who worked, served and opened their home to others. They model how we want to do business.

How can my business make a Kingdom impact?

Through the way you treat clients and staff, the jobs you create, and what you give to mission and to people in need.

6 questions

Portal & technology

What is the GCC portal?

The online platform where members keep their profile, find people to meet, pass referrals and track their growth.

What goes on my profile?

Four simple things: what I do, who I serve, what I can refer, and what I'm looking for.

How does the portal suggest 1-to-1s?

It matches members whose profiles fit together, such as shared clients or services that work well side by side, and explains why each match makes sense.

Can I see how my circle is doing?

Yes. The portal tracks meetings held, referrals given and business won for every member and Captain.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet. A GCC mobile app is on our roadmap. Until then, the portal works in your phone's browser.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. The portal is simple to use, and your Captain can help you get started.

6 questions

Privacy, conduct & leaving

Is my information safe?

Yes. Your details are visible only to GCC members, and we never sell your data.

Who can see my referrals?

Only you and the member you are working with. Referrals are tracked privately in the portal.

Will I get spam from other members?

No. Spamming, mass messaging and unwanted pitches are not allowed.

What if a member behaves badly?

Tell your Captain or the core team. Members who sell aggressively, recruit for MLM or act against our values may be removed.

What if I can't attend a meeting?

That's fine. Let your Captain know. Regular attendance matters, so try to join most meetings.

How do I leave GCC?

You can leave at any time by telling your Captain or contacting us. There is no fee and no lock-in.

A group of volunteers who screen applicants, spot and train Captains, and help GCC grow around the world.
